Professional Communications Systems was selected to install structured network cabling at St Joseph’s Takapuna in 2002.

From the outset, Chris Dunn provided a most professional and friendly service. More importantly, Chris seemed to have that rare knack of being able to work well in an educational setting, and establish worthwhile and effective working relationships with staff and BOT. Professional Communications Systems supplied and installed the structured cabling perfectly in line with their quotation. Any variations necessary (not unusual in large contracts) were thoroughly discussed and negotiated with us prior to changes being made, and the end result is that we have a quality network (backbone) that we are confident will serve the needs of the school well into the future. As my technician has pointed out – even if wireless technology takes off, it will still only work best when it is based on a strong hard-wired platform. St Joseph’s places heavy demands on the network by virtue of the fact that classrooms are into multimedia and digital presentations that are broadcast around the school. We are delighted with the speed, stability, and quality of the network installed by Professional Communications Systems, and I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team for any school that has similar information requirements to our own.
